Letting him be with woman he cheated with

Well, you could look at this situation and call it a massive emotional cluster%$#@ (which would be an accurate assessment). Or, you could choose to think about it a a really intense learning experience. Like ripping off a giant emotional bandaid. You're dealing with trust issues, jealousy...

I am growing close with my new guy but feeling distant from my boyfriend. Advice?

I think it is completely normal to feel what you are feeling. New relationships are powerfully exciting and flood your brain with dopamine that makes you crave your new partner at the expense of all other obligations in your life. It's a wildly fun feeling, but I don't think it means you're...

    Feeling Withdrawn

I've felt something similar before, but not in relation to poly specifically. DH has a platonic friend that I don't care for, and it would always bother me when he would go out with him. Hello! AJ's introduction

Hello! I've been lurking for a while and wanted to introduce myself. My dear husband and I have been married for 8 years, and become poly 5 years ago. I was very lucky that our transition was pretty smooth. We heard some gossip that friends of ours were swingers, and that was the launching pad...

Girlfriend wants to go Poly. I don't think I do, enlighten me!

I'll leave the discussion of the trust/cheating to others, who have said it better, but I did want to address this part. For me (straight female, married 8 years, poly for 5 of them) my sex drive is not a zero sum game. This comes up a lot when we talk to folks about it, and DH just snickers...
