    Confused, feeling "dirty"

    At first it was very very hard to talk about because I felt dirty, but I also felt dirty by not being totally forthcoming with my wife, who I love more than I love myself. We had a situation that led me to say what I felt. Am I wrong? Do I need mental help? Am I (we) alone?
