I so haven’t been in the mood for Christmas until this weekend. I’ve had a wonderful time with Kel’s family. We had a party at his oldest sister’s house on Saturday. Anytime there’s little ones it really makes it special. Today we are spending the evening with his younger sister then going back over there tomorrow. A few days ago I was supposed to go to a drive through light display with Gemini then have dinner. He woke up with a migraine so we have postponed it until the 27th. I hope everyone enjoys an eventful but restful holiday.

I'm having Christmas with my parents for the first time in years because I now live in their city. This means three days in a row because it was Mum's birthday, then Christmas Eve, and now Christmas Day. After I left their place last night I spontaneously popped over to Nova's and her fiancée's, which was wonderful. They're getting married on the 8th and going into largely hidey mode between Boxing Day and then. So last night was a perfect wee Christmas bonus.

Happy Holidays, everyone!

We had [doing math] 11 people at our house Christmas morning, and surprisingly it went well. New Year's Eve we had 15 people that are close enough to us to be counted as Family. I hope everyone starts with a good year.
