My husband and I are living in SC. We are having a hard time finding anyone that will accept us for us. Does any one know where to look, or have any advice?

I use to live in SC and GA area. There are polyamorous people, but I think they are much more likely to be in the closet. Your best bet may be to find a social group in a neighboring big city or see if you can find people on social networking sites like Facebook or OKCupid.

Thank you for responding. We are looking for friends, but also more. What is OKCupid? I have never heard of it. Do you know what city would have social groups? Thank you.
OKCupid.com is a dating social network website. It is moderately accepting of polyamory. If you are married, you specify you are looking for friends. However, you can put search terms in your description that may be used to do searches like "polyamory." It is a free service, as well. You could also try Craigslist.
It is hard to say what cities may have polyamory meeting groups. Sometimes you have to go for a fringe group that is pro-polyamory, like sci-fi conventions, comic-cons, or a kink-based group.
