Hello from Sunny SoCal!
I just celebrated my 30th birthday yesterday, and I've been with my soul mate, best friend and wonderful boyfriend for about 6 years now. He is 26.
We've discussed various poly arrangements for years now, intially it was my fantasy to live this lifestyle, though I knew he had the tendency for it being that he was seeing someone else when we first met and I know that he never wanted to be tied down...it just kind of happened as we fell in love. He's never lost the desire to be with another woman and I accept that so when I brought up the idea years ago to him, I knew he would accept it.
After going back and forth on a triad, polygamous arrangement or separate lovers (I am bisexual) for both of us, we finally decided the unicorn hunt was getting stale and opted to try separate partners. He's getting ready to meet his first one tomorrow. I made a whole thread on it, so I'm not going to rehash it, but I can say I sure am glad I found this forum because I thought I was going to lose my head in jealousy.
I hope that I can make many friends here and be a great part of the community!
