Im Toby, near Chicago. 28, nonbinary, transmasc, audhd, general mess 🤝. Im here cuz im inexperienced in relationships in general and now im in a polycule (i think?) And im realizing this is like me trying to sing whistle notes when ive never even been in choir. Currently i have one lover and she has a wife, and dates sometimes. Ive always thought id be suited for poly but sometimes i wonder if im too beginner or something.

info about me: i think too much, i have a dog, she is stinky, im often very angry inside because of how the world is about not being fair. I really like etymology(words not bugs but i do like bugs) and im a huge fan of symbolism in literature. Also im fat and im not trying to lose weight 👍

We were all beginners once so I'm not sure anyone can be "too" beginner, so take heart and welcome!

What's making you wonder that, though? Are you going through some relationship growing pains?

Greetings Toby,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

I read your other thread, and responded there briefly. To summarize, I just encourage you to have boundaries that honor your own wants and needs. If others won't treat you right, treat yourself right.

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter"
