My BF gave me a key to his house the other day. It was so unexpected... I drove him and his GF home after a dinner out, and stopped in for just a few minutes. He said "I have an idea!" and held up a key for his GF to see. She thought it was a replacement key for her daughter, who has lost three of them in the last couple of months, and said "I don't think that's a good idea." But when he said he thought *I* should have a key, she just nodded and said, "Oh, yeah, then we don't have to worry about someone being home right when you get here!" I feel so special.
