We are new to the world of Polyamory. I’ve always loved people and found them fascinating. In addition to that I’ve always found myself to be open minded about sexuality. However, I am monogamous to my husband of 22 years.
My husband was brought up in a very religious Catholic household. He was very uptight and carried a great deal of shame and guilt towards sexuality. I knew he was polyamorous about 17 years into our marriage but he could never accept it. It was difficult for him to let go of the confines that he was indoctrinated with even though his nature and feelings told him otherwise. Long story~ he has embraced his polyamorous nature and I’ve never seen him more fulfilled and genuinely happy! I love it!
I am here to learn and I am attempting to help him find a female partner.
