I’m Moonquill, and I have been married to my handsome husband for 18 years. We are in an open marriage, and are both looking for an additional committed partnership, due to his job travel.
I’m seeking male or female friendships that could potentially lead to a committed romantic relationship if we form a close enough emotional bond, who will also respect my relationship with my husband. I’m pretty new to the open marriage dynamic but so far it has been quite freeing and it seems to be bringing my husband and I closer together. We are best friends, have always been but this is a new level of intimacy that we never knew we wanted.
I’m a witchy nerdy girl with a lot of hobbies; crafts including quilting, crochet, soap making, etc. I love to cook, and I do listen to music most times while doing so. I love to dance but I have no rhythm. I love music. I sing, my vocal styles are country and jazz. I do love to write, but I’m in constant block. I also love animals and nature, and that includes entomology!! I love all creatures, and have a natural curiosity about them, though I am cautious of the ones I know are dangerous. I’m getting into anime, and I’m a casual gamer. I love dungeons and dragons!! I love cheesy comedies like Monty Python or Mel Brooks films. I love to laugh. I am a smile enthusiast. I love to go on adventures to historical places, or farmers markets, but am also perfectly happy staying home and spending time together. I relate to the misunderstood and I see beauty in the macabre. I am a free spirit. I dance to the beat of my own drum.
I am high functioning on the spectrum with a slight case of turret’s. I also have chronic pain or fibromyalgia, PCOS and subclinical hypothyroidism. I am a fighter, though. I don’t let my conditions get me down. Most days I kick fibro in the pants! I have an incredible thirst for life. I’ve had a tough journey but I’m glad to be here. I’m BBW, and I love my body. At my heaviest I was 330lbs, but in the last two years I have lost 95lbs!! I’m still on the journey, moving forward as much as I can but even if I never lose another pound, I’ll love myself and be happy with what I have. I just want to be healthy, not skinny.
