Been there. Done that. Never really got over it - gets worse as I get older. My second child was not planned. I was on the pill and he was using condoms and I still got pregnant. Even after getting tubes tied we still used condoms for about 10 years.

I have always thought success in poly relationships had more to do with a person's jealous tendencies (or lack thereof) than it does a personality assessment.
