I am non-binary and on the asexual spectrum. I am married to a woman I love who is not poly but she is not an emotional person and does not like a lot of affection. I, on the other hand, need to have emotional connections with people in order to survive this world and I need some touch and affection so I don’t feel so alone.

I love my wife dearly but for my own mental health, I am looking for a relationship that is something less than a sexual or romantic relationship but perhaps a little more than just a friendship.

I love meaningful conversations, light cuddling, hugs, and hanging out doing fun things like watching movies, playing games, going to art walks and shows, or just getting coffee and talking about life.

I am an emotional person and I get along best with women because of this. The kind of relationship I am looking for would be like an affectionate sibling relationship. Something that would not threaten my wife but would still be emotionally fulfilling for me and my friend.
