I agree with what everyone says. She amde it clear she's not interested as long as he's in a relationship, he has no intention of giving up his current relationship, end of the story. I am currently navigating 3 relationships: one is mono with me, the other 2 have additional partners.

Do the positive effects happen when you are touched, or when you touch someone? Would just shake hands with people be enough? I've never heard of this as a "condition", but on much smaller terms than what you describe it makes sense, the desire for physical contact and connection.
