I posted this on my facebook page too. It's hard because the days line up exactly like the they did on the weekend that John died. Thequickbrownfox and I still wish we had done things differently and miss John.
It's been almost six years since John went to heaven. It still hurts and we still question why. PTSD is the silent, invisible wound that follows some home and claims them far from the land of war. Check on your battle buddies and your loved ones. If they need help don't tell them to get it, help them get it! Walk by their side as they travel that dark, lonely road!
