    Opinion about therapy?

It seems like talking to a therapist is highly individual. I haven't spoken to the therapist they talked to so I have no idea what they are like. But I can see myself being pretty cautious about bias and would probably not want to talk as freely if I thought the therapist were choosing sides...

    Opinion about therapy?

Thanks for the reply. I do plan on doing my own therapy, but it seems my spouse is not sure he will go that route. Although he is open to the idea. I can see where different styles from therapist can work for some and not fo others. I can see that happening here for sure, but not sure it...

    Looking for anonymity

Update:. I figured out why I am so not compatible with AA. I am a very blunt person, probably too honest and can often not sugar coat the truth. This often portrays me as an intimidating individual, who knows what I want and can take care of myself. I often wait for those individuals to...

    Looking for anonymity

Update:. I have realized I agree with this, she doesn't really get a say in how JT and I do our relationship. I don't have a say in how they do their relationship either, nor would I want to. I am doubtful this will happen. Both JT and AA are not ones to just walk away at this point... So...

    Looking for anonymity

Hi, I created an account because I need some anonymity that I can't get in my poly group on FB. Anonymity had not been a big deal over the first 8 years of being poly, but has more recently become a issue in the last due to a metamor. I wanted to have the opportunity to get outside opinions...
