I once heard at a polyamory workshop about an exercise in self-awareness that was essentially a document or a personal sorta journal entry which outlined core fears, personality traits, what makes you excited, insecure, sexual preferences and fantasies, etc. I remember there being a polyamorous podcaster, writer or blogger who was a proponent of this kind of document that recommended even giving it to prospective or new partners as a way of getting to know your boundaries and limitations etc. it's been a year or so since I set out to write this, however now I don't remember what it is called!
Does anybody remember or recall what I'm talking about?
if so, what was your experience with it? Did you find it beneficial for the relationship, for yourself, for your partners?
Lastly, who came up with the idea? Is it original to them or did they just popularize it?
Thanks so much!
