You might want to post an ad in Dating & Friendships (Europe), as well as see what ads others have posted there. Other strategies for poly dating include OKCupid and finding nearby local poly groups. I have links if you're interested.
Of course there's no need to be in a hurry; there's a lot to learn about polyamory so you should spend some time reading on our various threads and boards. Post any questions you have along the way.
