Biggest awakening of my life!

My wife and I are new to poly and we have no question that this is our new life. I first proposed to her the idea of me watching her with another man but it never was accepted. There were some fantasy games I proposed like watching her get picked up at a bar. She knew I was serious based on my level of arousal. She also had a friend that did that. It later progressed to me asking her to pick someone and have an affair. I just wanted to know the details. She said no. But this planted a seed. It was months later when a Coworker tried to kiss her in the elevator that she started to realize she may be interested in my offer. Long story short she had been seeing the coworker with my permission. She has never felt so sure this was for her. It was originally one sided now I have permission but am going to take it slow. This is a big but exciting change. There have been some major bumps in the road but we always bounce back poly. At this time it is progressing for her. As for me (both of us really ) I'm in need of friends to meet and talk with on an intimate but non sexual level (for now) about this amazing (but complicated) new life.
