Long time lurker finding this forum to be of great value in understanding myself.
Trying to deal with this on my own and finding it rather difficult so I've turned to this forum many times over just to see what other people are experiencing and what they are doing about it. I guess there is some comfort in knowing that I am not the only one going through this.
