Edna St. Vincent Millay...a hopeless romantic and poly poet

It's always encouraging to know that polyamory isn't such a new thing after all.
 
Oh, yeah, I read her biography this past Fall and posted about her in the famous Poly People thread. She was quite a happy slut, and spoke in interviews about her marriage being like "two bachelors living together." Although her husband didn't have nearly as many extra-marital relationships as she did (many, many, many!), he was fully supportive about it.

They were nudists, too, and most parties at their homes were clothing-optional.

I grew up around Camden, Maine I remember my grandfather taking me to Mt. Battie where she supposedly penned Renascence. Always been a fan.
