Hi there guys we are Sarah and Sean. We are married and really happy with each other. We were both married before and had rubbish sex lives and were really inhibited. Now however we are really looking forward to try a bit of swapping etc. we're not really sure if were swingers poly or something else.

We are really comfortable in our own relationship we have a family but crave a bit more excitement!!!!!! We are looking for hints and tips etc for our journey.

Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

Swing is generally less emotionally involved than poly, but some swingers do build quite a warm friendship with each other so there may not be a razor-sharp division between swing and poly; more of a slider.

ATM I am thinking what you want is a local swing club in your area. See if you can find one. Attend some of the events and who knows, you may end up developing an in-depth relationship with some other couple there.
