I'm Marie. I'm in a polyamorous relationship with my best friend and my high school crush, who I reconnected with last year after losing contact after high school.

Technically, they live together and I live seperately, but as Paul works out of town during the week, Nichole spends the most the week with me and then we're all together at my house on weekends. My place is much bigger and we have three children between us.

They've been together for almost 3 years, the three of us have been together for two months, but we'd been kicking around the idea for several months before that. This is all pretty new to me, looking for advice, common experiences.

As for advice, my main advice is to keep the communication channels open (between you, Paul, and Nichole), and to continue learning more about polyamory.
