A little back story - my wife and I met when we were 16 and have been together for 25 years, happy and monogamous until early this year. My wife confided in me that she may want to find a lady to 'play' with, this lead us to the swingers scene. Whilst we had some fun early on we did decide we wanted more of a connection with potential play friends so then we were looking for more of a FWB type situation still within the swingers scene. It was through this scene we met another married couple who were seeking similar connections. I am please to say we have been in a relationship with this couple (and their 4 young children) for 7 months, we have never been happier. There is certainly a lot of work to maintain a poly quad but the happiness and rewards are immeasurable. We live in separate houses about 30 minutes apart but essentially function as one family, picking up kids from school etc. The past few weeks we have started to tell family and friends, most have been inquisitive and supportive.
I am interested to chat with anybody, particularly anyone in a quad situation as to how you met and how you maintain your relationship
