Just new to the website and thought I'd introduce myself. Like others, I'm also seeking advice and to learn about experiences others have had.
My name is Laurel, and up until this point in my life, I've been very monogamous. My most recent boyfriend of the past 4 years was polyamorous, but was content being monogamous with me. It was a life style I could understand, but I never thought it would suit me. However, I am currently torn between two men (the other is an ex of mine that I never quite got over) who I love very much in different ways. I don't think I can be happily with one and not the other.
The situation is of course slightly more complicated than that, but maybe I'll ask about it on the advice forum after I've done some reading.
