I am a mature lady with a partner who I love very much. We have had many happy years together and so much fun.
For the past few years now he has been very unwell and tires easily. Whilst I will always adore him both he and I accept that he can't give me the quality of life that I need. I will never leave him but after many years of heartfelt discussion between us we have decided that it is time for me to meet someone else for a long term meaningful relationship.
I enjoy good food, fine wine and and foreign travel amongst many other things and I would love someone to hold me and end my loneliness.
For his part my partner is very supportive and encouraging without being obtrusive and has said it would be very nice to watch me fall in love again and be happy.

It's awesome that your partner is so supportive of you during this difficult time. From my perspective, I can testify how lucky it is to have many happy years together and so much fun. If only I had appreciated my own past relationships so well.
