Nonmonogamy isn't easy (to do well, at least), but it's also been vastly rewarding, enervating, & buoying when life got bumpy.
Anyone who is mostly overwhelmed is trying too hard.
Even when I lived with two lovers & saw two others regularly, I had plenty of "me time."
Despite demands that it be otherwise, polyamory is NOT for everybody. Anyone's welcome to try, but I figure that most people who "want to try poly" would flee if they saw the daily chaos I so often lived happily in.
