I haven't been on this forum for quite some time!
Two years ago I decided to cull my life to sixteen boxes and make the huge move from Vancouver, BC to Boston, and return to the land of academia to become an accountant. It's been a wild ride, I don't even know where to begin. I also decided that in 2017 I would venture back into the poly community again....and I fell in love again for the first time in three years.
My main squeeze and I have had some major ups and downs, poly is very new to him and he has difficulty being fully open without feeling like he's put on the spot....I was diagnosed with CPTSD a few years ago, the anxiety I face in new relationships can be overwhelming. Aside, since we met in December there's been some crazy NRE. He has an OSO, and I started dating a sweet nerdy punk guy recently.
Living in America on a student visa at 41 years-old is challenging, but I feel passionate about living in Boston and want to make this my forever home.
