Looking for a needle in a haystack

Hi, just a quick introduction. My wife and I of 18 years have discussed a poly situation for years, last summer we dipped our proverbial toes in the water. It didn’t get far at all, it was just too much for our girlfriend(?), I guess. Since we don’t have any family to speak of that experience solidified how interested we really are in the situation. However being professionals that absolutely can’t afford to come out of the closet has proven it almost impossible to find anyone who fits our criteria, so we’re hoping this helps. We love our farm life and there isn’t anything missing we’re just looking for another female to share it with.
