About me:
Call me Thistle. My friends do, and my lovers do too. I am a 21 year old advertising student in southern Ontario Canada. I'm gender fluid and biologically female. I use she/her or them/they pronouns, depending on the preference of whoever is talking with me. I like to keep things simple.
About My Relationship:
I very recently had my relationship go from a couple to a trio, which is what prompted me to come to this website and try to learn from you all. My boyfriend and I had been dating for about three and a half years now, and on several occasions talked about the idea of inviting a third party into our relationship. We hadn't found anyone appropriate until our best friend posed the question to us the other night, "Why isn't three way marriage legal? I'd love to marry you two one day.", and it became clear that while she was originally joking, the answer was right under all of our noses. She would be the third; I already had a crush on her, and I think he did too. She spends all her time with us, and intended to move in with us when we had our own place anyway. It was perfect. She was already basically our girlfriend without the title anyway. Now, its official, and I'm super proud to call her my darling. Our boyfriend is super excited about it too; he feels like THE MAN running around telling all his friends he has two 'girlfriends' (I mean I am and I'm not buttttt...) and they love eachother as much as he loves them and they love him.
...So now I'm here. I have some questions, and advice I want to seek from the community, but I'll leave that for another thread. In the mean time: Hey! Hi! Hello there! Hey everyone! Yay!
