poly friendly family lawyer in oregon?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a poly friendly lawyer who deals in family law?

When we met our current partner, Amanda she had just been out of a relationship and had her kids taken away by CPS for issues with her divorce and having to live in her parents garage.

Now we are trying to get them back and get everyone together here at our house. We already have a boy and girl almost the same age as her kids so adding her kids wouldn't be much of a stretch for us (especially with 3 incomes)

We are making progress, all her social workers and councilors have commented that she's changed for the better since she moved in with us and think that she's finally making good progress. We have a lot to offer her and I have already been dealing with a special needs child and all involved have agreed that there's a lot that I especially could help her with. Every step so far in dealing with CPS has me carefully researching every step I make.

I've started having contact with her CPS worker and trying to feel her out. Until that time there has been no discussion about our current situation, but this would be much easier with legal council.

Definitely seek legal counsel, it's just the wise thing to do.

I'm not personally plugged into Oregon so I can't directly help, but the following links might help you find the lawyer you're looking for:

Even if the above links don't pan out, I think that lawyers are ethically bound to aid and advocate for their clients even if they're not of the same mindset. So don't despair if you have to hire a lawyer who's not familiar with polyamory. They're supposed to help you and that's probably what they'll want to do.

Good luck and I hope that helps.
Sincerely,
Kevin T.
