Share your jealousy success stories

Hey guys! I'm giving a presentation soon about polyamory and I was wondering if you could share your stories about overcoming jealousy. In the presentation I'm going to talk about common themes and include some quotes from the stories. If you could write even a quick paragraph or two I would really appreciate it. Are you allowed to use already existing stories? There are plenty of them on here already, including a mega-thread about jealousy. You can find them by dojng a tag search or keyword search.
