I am just interested in how others deal with the problem of unrequited love. I have deeply fallen in love with two people who have been in a 10-year relationship with each other. One of them is reciprocating my feelings and the other one is not. I enjoy the one relationship but have a hard time being faced with the heart-break on the other side.

Basically, as with any unrequited love, it got better with time. It was way hard for a while, but it was worth it to me to stick with the relationship with the other half of the couple. Now, I find that I'm mostly over wishing that my feelings were reciprocated by the half who wasn't feeling it... I'm not sure my feelings for him are even still there any more in the same way. We have a solid friendship that I'm very happy about.
