And yes, I knew she had veto power and he would allow it. I didn't know he'd be a douchebag about not meeting my conditions for seeing me one last time. That just added insult to injury. All part of the learning experience. I will get past it and use what I learned next time.

I don't always get caught up in NRE like I did with this guy. It didn't happen with the last guy. He got caught up, but I didn't. And hindsight is 20/20, so I'm having all these insights now, but it's not like I was saying this shit to myself in the forefront of my mind all along, exactly. KWIM?
