A little about me

I am a 31 year old poly female. I have been in a relationship with my current husband for 12 years. It wasn't until recently that we decided to open up our marriage. It was always something we thought about doing but never put it into practice. He has been talking to another woman who is poly for about a month. I have a girlfriend, but it is a relatively new relationship (talking for the last few weeks and met once). I have been browsing this site for good tips on various things related to this lifestyle.

Sounds like you've been thinking about "living the poly dream" for some time, and are just getting started. I think Polyamory.com has a lot of good stuff you can read, and you can post your thoughts, questions, and concerns as well. Usually lots of people will respond. And I am pretty good about following the intro board, so if you want to ping me just post something more in this thread.

I hope your poly experience is an enjoyable one. I'm sure it will be.
