Beautiful circle of friends in Chile

We are so fortunate to have so many heartfelt friends in our new country.
In my wife's English speaking women's book club, at one meeting, there were 9 women present, all were from a different country. This makes for very interesting conversation and food options when visiting at others homes.
Many of our friends are deep water sailors from distant lands who arrived, loved it here, and stayed.

Thank you for the greeting!
In the "old country" we lived near Florence Or., almost neighbors. Washington is a beautiful state, and the folks who call it home seem to have a more " open" attitude toward different life styles.
I think that most if not all Latin countries have less tolerance to a life style that wanders from monogamy. We accept that as this is the culture we have chosen and are willing to adapt to this.
We have only had one real live fully romantic girlfriend, it was a beautiful couple of years, but as time passed her insecurities slowly reared their ugly heads and she found a very nice boyfriend who we came to like very much.
Sadly, she recently passed away from a rare disease, the world lost a very special woman.
Maybe the right woman will find us here and begin a friendship, at the very least we can all have a bunch of laughs and give her a tour of our new home country!

Spring Has Sprung Below the Equator

Here in the south of Chile the flowers and trees are now in full bloom offering their beauty and fragrance to all who live here.
Words cannot explain how much peace and freedom we now live with out in the country surrounded by snow capped majestic volcanos, rivers and pristine lakes.
Our plan is to buy some land, build a home and grow our food as we did on the Oregon coast.
We hope to find the right woman to share our experience with as this will be our final resting place.

Agreed, if it was an easy lifestyle it would have a better success rate. As mentioned above, we know from experience this lifestyle is generally challenging at least, and also can be full of laughter and love. There is no substitute for experience, and here we are, seeking the advise of those that have come before us. This will no doubt be enlightening,

Yes, there are heaps of helpful story's to enlighten those of us with less experience in your lifestyle.
Taking this information and adapting into a Latin culture will no doubt be helpful in our dream of once again including another woman in our contented life.

We appreciate your efforts in assisting new members.
Our reason for joining this forum is for educational purposes as we have had only limited experience with Poly life styles.
As far as this unicorn hunter business goes, we realize that many enthusiastic couples in search of incredible sex often go down this road.
For us, yes, the sex was and will be again beautiful and rewarding, but love and close friendship is much more difficult to obtain, that is what we are in search of.
The chances of finding a compatible woman on this forum, especially considering where we live, is a thin as a fart skin.
