So as my husband and I have moved from an open marriage into a poly (for me & lover)/ super close FWB (hubby & lover's wife) situation I am overwhelmed at the closeness & caring we four have for one another. I never dreamed I would love 3 other people so much & that they would all be so important to me in a relatively short period of time. However, even though I have 3 that love me I find that I also have 3 to get on to me, particularly when I'm not taking care of myself. No one is exempt from the treatment though & it all comes from a place of caring. I'm just amazed at the changes that have occurred in my life in the past 6 months. All of this is new to all of us. I just hope some other new folks can see that honest non-monogamy can work & when it does it is a beautiful thing.
