Hi everyone, I'm MellyFaun. I've been poly for about a year and a half in a committed polyfi triad with Dawn and Eddie. We've all been friends just this side of 2 decades and didn't enter into our current relationship lightly. I live about 2 hours away from my partners because of my job, which is really hard but were making it work. We've had plenty of bumps in the road and I'm sure we're nowhere near some with all of those. As I said we are in a closed triad with the option of opening up later if one of us finds someone.

That's sounds lonely and rough being away from your partners while they still have each other. Hopefully the opening up happens sooner than later for you
