Bunnielight, here <3

I've been posting/lurking on here for a bit now, mostly trying to keep my thoughts organized in this new journey of ours.

But I realized that I never actually posted an introduction. Alot of my situation is explained in my signature so I will just expand a little more:

I am a 25 year old photographer. My husband, Zed is a comedian and filmmaker. We live in the *wonderful* conservative land of East TN. That certainly takes a toll on our relationships with people, especially now that we are poly.

We've been at it for about 6 months now and my primary resource has been More Than Two By Franklin Veaux and Eve Rickert. The entire purpose of our poly lifestyle, we feel, is to allow connections to be and grow as they are. We want to show affection and gratitude for those who come into our life that we feel deserve it. There are multiple philosophies and experiences that lead us down this road in various ways, most of those I've touched on in my blog linked below. I'll avoid going into that here. :p

All in all, Zed and I want to share happiness and honesty in our connections. It's a new dynamic of happiness for us to see each other growing and learning from other caring relationships that has done nothing but improve our communication and make us stronger. It's not always easy, but it's completely worth the rewards we are reaping.

Greetings Bunnielight,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

We're already acquainted and Polyamory.com's not so new to you by now, but this way I officially welcome you, with all the trimmings. ;) I've enjoyed your posts so far and hope to read more of them.

I've read "More than Two," it's an excellent book. Carry on!

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter" :)

Notes:

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!
