The community's main ideas include:

42 Basic Human Needs
After some challenging days with periods of emotional suffering, I had a wonderful dream at night. You know, the kind of dream where you embrace someone intimately and then walk holding hands with someone else, being there for each other. There was also a kitten who caught a pigeon and, while holding on to it, suddenly found herself flying, enjoying it with great curiosity.
When I woke up, there was a question in my mind. "How do you want to feel in your daily life, Nils?"
I got up and made a list. It contains 42 basic human needs (my regards to the Hitchhiker’s Guide). They are not just my personal desires, I believe that we all have them. We long for them.
Yes, we can and should meet these needs within ourselves. Loving ourselves allows us to feel loved. This involves our spiritual relationship with ourselves and the All That Is. Self-LOVE is the foundation, and yet it is the sharing of our needs with others that gives life its richness.
Caring for Each Other
When we grow up, we often have two parents who look after our needs. This creates a three-dimensional network of relationships. As adults, we are expected to simplify this to a two-dimensional network, with one partner to share and meet most of our needs, and perhaps a few good friends for extra support.
For many of us, this concept doesn’t seem to work so well any more. Traditional romantic relationships tend to become stale, unfulfilling or dishonest after a few years.
Being deeply dependent on one partner can cause a fear of loss, leading to problems like jealousy. If a separation happens, it can be very painful and take a long time to recover from.
So, let’s create something new. What about small, family-like communities of three to five souls, where we meet our basic human needs together, while growing into our best versions of ourselves?
The vision has been growing over the past few years. A book, Communities of LOVE, is in the pipeline and I’m having inspiring conversations with the first souls interested in making this happen.
If you would like to know more, please get in touch.
Much LOVE,
Nils

The community's main ideas include:
- Providing a safe space to share experiences and support each other on our healing and inner growth journeys.
- Enhancing energy work, intuition, and spiritual practices.
- Helping each other with facing fears, releasing emotional burdens, and overcoming blockages through self-LOVE, forgiveness, and introspection.
- Encouraging deep connections based on LOVE, mutual care, and open, honest communication.
- Guiding each other towards understanding our soul's journey and life purpose.
