Hi we are a poly couple in Alaska she is a 44 bi white female he is a 35 white male and we are looking for a sister wife 30+ to join our family.

Hi alaskapolcouple - and welcome to the Forum! We have a number of experienced poly folks here who are generally helpful and friendly so please do not hesitate to post any specific thoughts and questions that you might have.
Although the common public perception of poly is one in which a couple adds a female to their family, in actuality, this is probably the least common poly configuration. Part of the reason is that the women who are willing to join such a configuration on an ongoing basis are so rare that they are referred to as unicorns (that is, virtually mythical). The dynamics between three people can be quite challenging - but not to say impossible. Our experience on this forum has been that MFM configurations are more stable than FMF, and the most common configuration is where both partners in an "open poly marriage" date others independently (but with the knowledge and consent of all involved).
