Hi all,

I'm the newest new poly-curious girl on the block. I'm currently in a great, loving, long-distance, monogamous relationship with my boyfriend of 2+ years. He's also curious about polyamory.

Joining this forum felt like a great way to explore some of our questions and talk to people who have likeminded opinions/who may have had some of the experiences we're wondering about.

Anyway, a little bit about myself: I am a recent Washington, DC, transplant working in the media industry. In my spare time, I love to run, cook, and pet people's dogs.

I'm glad for this chance to get to know you. I looked at your other thread and responded there briefly. Hopefully others will respond as well. It's a busy site, so sometimes you have to update a thread with a new post to keep it high up on the recent posts list.

There's a lot to learn about polyamory, so take advantage of Polyamory.com's vast array of threads, explore and find out what calls to you, post questions and/or concerns as they arise.

Hello and Welcome newdcgirl, from another newbie on this board. I hope you find the help and support that you are seeking. I have found poly can be confusing and complicated at times, and in other ways it can be the best experience of your life.
