Hey everybody,

I'm a fun loving and adventurous guy from Indianapolis. I'm bisexual, and I'm new to the whole poly thing. I currently have a girlfriend who is also poly, and I'm taking this opportunity to explore a bit and find out what it means to be poly.

I was in an 11 year relationship (10 yrs married) to a man who died unexpectedly in 2013, and getting back into dating has been hard for me. I've wanted to reconnect with my sexuality since his death, and I think polyamory is the answer to finding happiness for now.

It is a little weird for me, having been a serial monogamist, to consider dating multiple people. but I am expanding my horizons and am not going to be constrained by those values any longer.

Anyways, I hope to make some good friends on here and learn more about being poly.

Greetings Brian,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

Sorry to hear about your earlier partner passing away, it sounds like you are doing your best to move forward from there, maybe polyamory is the key to unlock that door. I am happy to help in any way that I can, let me know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter"
