A brief introduction is always a polite thing to do, so here is mine

Me: A professional researcher from Finland in my mid-30's, been living with my fiance now for 12 years. We have a 10-year old daughter. I've been polyamorous pretty much for my whole adulthood when it comes to my mindset. From my point of view love knows no boundaries and I do get attracted easily. My fiance is also poly, but more in sexual ways than I am.

I am more into the feelings, the crush, the attachment and the energy one can get from people around me. I see sex mainly just as a bonus I am also straight-ish, as I can get very heavy crushes for males, but sex with a man is really not my thing. Can't get myself into that, if you catch my drift.

The reason for registering here I that just recently we've been involved in a real poly-situation for the first time with my fiance and basically, just wanted to share my situation in the relationships corner.

Feels like coming out of the closet but then again, I've always considered my poly-side my very own rainbow secret

It seems that you and your fiancée have a good relationship with each other, and a promising poly future, even if some things are hard for you at this time.
