My name is Erin and I am lucky enough to live in beautiful Alaska! My husband and I are in a relatively new (3 months) poly relationship with an amazing woman. It has been a roller coaster ride (not that I need to explain that to any of you!), but things are finally settling into a comfortable place. So, hello all! I am excited to be here :)

I'm definitely glad to find a place where I can hear from people that have been living this for years. I find so much help in just reading some of the old threads. It has made me think about issues that I might not have otherwise!

Sure! I have been married to my husband for 8 years (together for 10). I have my degree in Social Work with minors in Addiction studies and Women's History. I worked for about 5 years in the mental health field, much of that with the homeless population. I currently work from home doing medical transcription so that I can raise my 18-month-old son. I run adoption clinics for the local dog rescue group, and I have 3 giant mutts of my own (I couldn't even count how many foster dogs have come through here). I am a vegetarian, and I would garden 24 hours a day if I could!
