Hello there! I'm a little shy about joining the forum and starting my poly journey, so bear with me here.

I'm in my mid-twenties, female, bisexual, and a NC native. I'm an avid reader, writer/poet, pagan, and I dream of traveling and publishing some works of my own one day.

I am unmarried and single. At the moment I am working through a rickety relationship with someone I have loved for 2 years.

I was introduced to polyamory last summer by a close friend of mine. I have been reading and researching since. In polyamory I saw a working model of the ideal romantic relationships I've been looking for. I am here to learn, grow, network, and share.

The rickety relationship you spoke of, is it with someone who might be interested in (or at least accepting of) polyamory? If not, I would think that would make things more complicated.

Sounds like you've been doing your homework, and have a lot of prospects. I hope you'll enjoy your time on Polyamory.com, there is so much to read and post here.
