I am a poly man, I have been in an MFM V for sixteen years, any advice I could give, I would be happy to do so. I think the most important thing in poly is communication, make sure you talk with your spouse often about how you feel, and how he feels. Also post on this forum often, updating your situation so that you can get up-to-date advice. The
Poly Relationships Corner is especially good for getting a lot of advice from a wide range of people, but posting more on this thread will work, too.
