Husband on a date with our girlfriend

Girlfriend has the day off off work.. Hubby took day off to spend with her while all of our kids are in school.. minus one of mine who is a preschooler!!

I dropped him off this morning and will see him this afternoon !

Girlfriend is texting me cause he is on business calls.. he does the same to me.. we laughed..

I'm glad your Hubby took the day off to spend with your girlfriend. It sounds like you have true compersion for them. If you're willing, let us know how things turn out. It sounds like you guys are getting along.

Lisa, it's great to read that you're enjoying a positive response to such interactions between your husband and girlfriend, even when you're not directly involved. :) It's clear that you empathise with her because you've shared similar experiences.

I'm not sure how the moderators of this forum feel about posting an anecdote like this in Relationship Corner - one where the focus is more on sharing a positive experience, rather than asking for advice or gleaning the opinions of other members. If you haven't already, you may wish to start a blog in the appropriate section, whereby you keep the forum updated on the progress of your relationship/s.

They had a nice morning date and than invited me to meet them for lunch..

Today I am meeting GF for a movie and than we will all have a family dinner with her kids and ours tonight.
