I have decided to start keeping a journal as my wife and I move towards opening our marriage. I have fears, concerns, questions, and of course emotions. I also have in person communication issues that can be problematic when discussing something as sensitive as this. So I started a journal to relate all of this to my wife in the hopes of seeing progress in overcoming the fears and negative emotions I currently have. I was wondering if anyone else does this and what has the outcome been?
