How are you using the word triad? If you mean a long term loving relationship, where your wife and the other guy are in love, and you and he are just friends, this is called a V in polyamorous terms. If all 3 of you were involved sexually and romantically, that would be a triad.
If you just want some sexy playtime, where 2 guys, you, being straight, and the other guy straight or bi, but willing to not engage you sexually, that's called 3way sex.
The place to find such a guy would be in a bar, where you go together, and your wife flirts and asks a man she's attracted to, to come home and fuck her, while you are also doing things to her.
This same kind of guy can be found on any dating app. Many guys would be open to a MFM 3way sex scene. Just remember, your WIFE has to be the one to approach other straight men for this kind of action. You can't do it for her. Since she's the one who is going to fuck the guy, she's the one who should seek him, since she knows what she likes.
