I'd say try to figure out first what it means to you as a fantasy. How you imagine it, what turns you on, why you want it. Then talk about it with her a bit more. Would it be something she would be interested in? Perhaps, perhaps not. Perhaps she never thought about it and needs time to process it. Perhaps she would have thought about it but never felt comfortable to express it.
I think it's best to go about this carefully and after having done a good deal of soul-searching first. Realising a fantasy is a very different deal than what it's like in our head, especially when other people become intimately involved.

It sounds like you are interested in finding an additional man for your wife, possibly a couple. My advice is to sit down with your wife, and explain your fantasy to her. Sometime when she'll take it seriously. Then, if she agrees to it, you'll want to start looking for the other man. OKCupid might be helpful in that regard.

I would suggest looking into swinging sites or fetlife. Not that poly people aren't into what you're looking for but those venues are much more directed to finding people that would fit the bill (than on this site).
