New to the thought of Poly

We are from San Antonio, Texas and found a group on meetup.com for Polyamory group in San Antonio. Haven't been accepted yet but wanting to explore in other areas.

My husband and I have been married for 16 years and are very interested in poly. It hasn't been a perfect marriage but we are doing great now! Wanting to get to know another couple and see where it goes. I don't even know where to start. I started dating my husband at 14 and we got married when I was 18, so the dating world is unknown to me as an adult. We are young - I'm 34 and he is 37. We are both educated and have professional jobs.

There's always the Dating & Friendships subforum on this site, and plus if you've found a meetup group in your area, that's a good way to meet people and get to know them.

Take your time and do some studying (such as reading various threads here on Polyamory.com). Some of your questions may already be answered, and if they're not, you can always post and ask.
